Who manufacture this plug/connector is this?

I hope someone knows who manufactures this type of connector/plug and where to buy them.

1. This Pins are water-blocked
2. Pin diameter/size is 1.5 mm
3. Crimp type pins, I think it comes with wires since it's difficult to move the strain relief jacket.
