I am Richard (Rick) Phillips. I have been involved with electronics for my whole life. I am retired from AT&T. I hope to increase my understanding of electronics and to become proficient in areas that have been hard for me such as math. My goal now is to understand and tinker with IQ modulation and learn about digital signal processing. At this time, I am studying and reviewing pre-calc. and trig., and complex numbers.
