Haven't really needed a mod in the past, was absent for a good few years, and the interface has changed considerably since the days when I first joined.

It is a picky point but some of the folks on the list have been MIA for a while. You might want to check their recent activity if you are expecting a timely response from a particular individual.

I followed up with a post tagging those who were online...

 

When you send PM you can invite multiple members and moderators into the conversation. No need to contact each individually.
