Alright, so that worked. So, it seems HV circuit including transformer, capacitor and magnetron are good. Finally, it feels like I am getting close, so thank you for that advise. Greatly appreciated...Yes yes yes.. .
If it's working fine leave it alone, otherwise you're looking at getting another relay to replace the faulty one, me i would get a slave relay and parallel the coils , and link it across the original bad contacts.

I would measure the current on the relay output with all loads on, the relay is rated at 15A @120V.Is it okay to reuse P27-2 this way by doubling it? I just used temporary connectors - so may have to find good way to connect wires properly. What's the best way to connect two clips on single pin?
Just wanted to confirm that the problem relay is the one I marked in green circle (picture attached). It's next to R/BK P26-2 connector. Thanks.You need to search for a 24V coil, 15/30 Amp contacts , ideally with the same pinout to fit. Otherwise get one to suit and glue it and rewire it.
