What RV routers have you found to be the most reliable and efficient for staying connected on the road? Are there any specific models that stand out in terms of signal strength, compatibility with different carriers, ease of setup, or additional features?

Are you expecting to pick up a WiFi signal at your campsite, or so you want connectivity to a cell-phone signal?
For example Verizon and T-Mobile offer WiFi routers that operate from their cell-phone signals.

Also many smart-phones can be used as a WiFi hot-spot from their cell signal.
I have used that with my IPhone for my computer WiFi connection when camping.

 

I also have used my phone as a mobile hot spot. Additionally my Chevy Tahoe has WiFi which I believe works through the On Star link.

I never tried it. I have noticed occasionally it tells me I have or have not my Internet Connectivity. Good question and I would venture I normally just use my or my wife's phone as a hot spot. Never tried using what's available in the truck. Now I am wondering what I have laying around I can try to connect with. My read is 50' so I guess a 50 foot radius of the vehicle but never tried it. The truck came with On Star which I liked so after my free 90 days I subscribed. Anyway my read is 50 feet. Good question.
