That kit for 32 USD is pretty sweet.

Save the 30 and start thinking about good soldering iron. You are looking at 30-70 for Chinese knockoff of Hakko 936, or 100-160 for brand name like Hakko FX888D and Ersa icon pico.

The kit you bought already have everything you need to start learning Arduino and many topics for "hobby-electronics". Depending on what projects you want to make, i would just buy the needed parts as you go. For example, some 5VDC tolerant relays if you want to control a 230VAC lamp. Some MOSFETs if you want to control 12V RGB LEDs etc.

Regardless, i would buy some clones of Arduino Nano V3 with CH340G, they cost around 3 dollars, and are small enough to just leave in a project. Buy from eBay or AliExpress https://m.ebay.com/itm/Mini-USB-Nan...955347?hash=item2eecb7aa93:g:G2wAAOSwPzhaJ76G

Logic level N-channel MOSFETs are also nice to have, since they can be used to control many different things. Something like the IRLZ44N is good.
