Ken,
I have a question for you. I was looking at your design. What should I do to make it work with 14.8V voltage? I need to employ this circuit to power on/off other circuits with 14.8V. And also to be able to listen for audio signal and signal dies off, to automatically shut down itself. Could you please help? The circuit is the one attached.

Oh, and if you don't need the "push-OFF" function, delete D1, D2, R3, and R4. Saves an input.
