Possibly two 0.22ohm 2W resistors in series.

 

Simple. 2W power resistor. Measure with an ohmmeter to find out which legs are used.

 

It is a dual 0.22 ohm resistor, probably the emitter resistors for an older push/pull output stage. Retainly it is a dual 0.22 ohm resistor, that is spelled out in the part number.

OK, and it is also used in some of the modern amplifier circuits as well. I had not stopped long enough to consider that part, It is one way to start out with closely matched transistors and assure that replacements would also be closely matched. It also removes one assembly step during production, which is a cost reduction benefit. It might even allow better PCB routing.

Cement 0.22 Ohm x2 2W Non-inductance Resistor
Both resistors share a common lead.
