Found a piece of PCB, see if I am luck to meet a master know some thing about it, what it is?

I don't know anything about circuits or electronics, as a layperson my guess would be it belonged to a speaker or signal processor. I searched for two chips you wrote in the second pic, and they voltage regulator and operational amplifier.

timers and opamps, and big coil, and pots..IDK
the 9L05 is a -5V regulator. With a bit of effort, and the backside picture, a lot of that circuit could be drawn out.
