What is Considered a "Heavy Load" in Terms of Magnetization?

Would the following constitute a heavy load in electrical engineering parlance:

(1/4π)×Bi-turn
or if converted to Ampere Turns:

(10/4π) A-turn= 0.7957747 A-turn

Basically, what I want to know is whether or not the old-timey term "Gilbert" would be considered a metaphor for "heavy loads."
