I am planning on making my chips just as hobby of course and maybe if i come up with something then sale in market.

After designing you have to place component in pcb and then solder and the put that pcb in equipment.

i used to do this with Easyyeda but it became expensive as i had to pay lots of foreign custom fee for chip assembly they ship from other country than USA.

What do you use for pcb placing components soldering that is in the USA? I mean green pcb to create chips etc. also please include any type of machine cheap you bought that can do this in home as well as any service cheap in the USA.

thanks

You do not create chips on a PCB.

I live in the US, but have my PCBs made in China (JLCPCB) because they are 1/10 the price I can get in the US for hobbyist quantities, and typically faster.

Are you kidding me. I used JLCPCB. I had simple circuit one opm amp one transistor and 2 resistor. 5 of them cost $98.

you know any place less expensive?

Evidently the TS has assigned a different meaning to the term "CHIPS". So for clarification as to the accepted meaning in the electronics world as we know it here, "chip" is referring to a single integrated circuit only.
An assembly of parts on a circuit board, either etched, printed, or even wired, may be called a "card" ,but never ever called a chip.

You must have asked for something special, fast delivery or special engineering or a part not in their database...

I reguarly pay $2 for 5 PCB 100mm x 100mm or smaller 2 layer + $1.50 shipping to UK 8-12days but often quicker and free assembly. $3.50 + parts which are way cheaper than I can buy here (I design around the parts they have in stock and they send the spares with the boards).

[edit]Adding a stencil for SMT bumps the price particularly on shipping weight, but they are no more expensive than other suppliers like for like... and I do check for most of my orders...

Are you talking about assembly? I do that myself. You will not get 5 boards made and assembled in the US for anything close to $98. If fact, I doubt you will find anyone who will take such a small order.

How do you do assembly? I dont understand you do everything from ocb to components placing??

I don't understand that.
I have the boards shipped DHL 3 day for $35usd for a small box. A large box might run $60.
I use the thickest copper they have which cost more.
I have the expensive finish.
I put the parts on one side because two sided parts is more money.
I found that at about $500.00usd I get charged customs. But for small orders I do not pay customs.
The $98 is hard to understand, but probably 35 of that might be shipping.

Soldering iron, tweezers, solder, flux, skill.

My typical board has maybe 15-20 parts and takes me about 1/2 hour to solder.

I think most of the regulars on this forum can populate a PCB.
