What capacitor is this? Where can I get one?

Welcome to AAC!

It might be difficult to find an exact replacement. Instead, you can install three separate capacitors:
1000pF
0.01μF
0.04μF

You just need to find out the required operating voltages. I am going to guess 350-400VAC should be ok for 220VAC line voltages.

I'm wondering is anyone can point me in the right direction of where I can get a capacitor like this (attached). It is from an old Phoenix 283F sewing machine motor that burst yesterday. Really appreciate any pointers! Thanks
Surely a bigger problem is knowing which color goes to which internal capacitor. I mean what does "bl" mean? blue? black?

Really? OK I never knew that ! Thanks.

But what is the "sw" in that image?
That's a good question. The "Bl" code might not be blue but some connection point for the wire, The wires might be in linear order matching the markings.

But I have seen codes that do "R, G, GY, Y. BL, BK, BR, etc"..
