hi i am looking for info on the above mosfet what other transistor could i use .?it was in a device cranking out 250 with a 2sc1971-15ac should i replace both?as cant find a 1971-15ac or sd2931-10 can find sd2931-10w &1971 but the last 4 bits are not 15ac dose this matter i am new to components but know how to change them just geting in to electronics

They're both rf output transistors , the 10W is a higher power rating and better thermal transfer , the 2sc1971 is a To220 case, .

 

thank you what can i replace the sd2931-10 with can i use a mrf151 or something like this or dose the rf transister have to be the same value
