What am I?

Folks,

I am trying to identify the component in the attached picture (Sorry it is a little blurry). It is from a Wideband FM Discriminator. I do not have a schematic for the circuit, but best I can tell it looks like a diode. One side has -12vdc to it the other is tied to ground. The side that has the -12vdc feeds pins 2,3,6, and 7 of an LM79L05ACM chip. In a good circuit the output on pin 1 is -10vdc give or take a few millivolts. The problem I am having with a bad one is the -12vdc is being shorted to ground. Anybody know what this is and how I can determine the part number? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, it is the diode. I've checked the suspected bad one against another one on the good +12vdc side. I talked to Vishay and they don't recoginize it as one of there's. Trying to get info from ROHM and Pascall but have not heard back from them.
