i'm new to electronics, but then i'm assigned to make a sine wave oscillator with wein bridge and AGC, i wonder will this circuit i found on net works?

and 1 thing, can i replace the common 741 op-amp instead of using the surface mounting 7141 op-amps, ur feedback are most welcome :)

if can recommend some op-amp that is DIP~

The picture is too small.

Yes, about the replacement of 741 with smd 741.

and the bulb, it's not common over my country too, if lets say, i get a 12v 10w bulb,
can it work ?
That bulb is the stabilizing bulb, it can be replaced with a thermistor with a NTC(Negative temperature coefficient).
go ahead and replace the bulb with the 12v one and see what happens. if there is distortion in the output, then you may need to change some values in your circuit.
