Is possible that you could solder two wires to that inductor and connect it to the PCB pads.?

I found an inductor online and just ordered it. You probably could solder to the wires of the inductor but I didn’t want to take the chance.

 

Is it the same form factor (i.e., looks exactly the same , same size, and same value)?

 

Yes. It had the data sheet online for it and it’s exactly the same size and value. I measured the dimensions of mine with digital verniers
