I have a Waeco CF-110 Refridgerator/Fridge that runs of 12v or 12/24 ac power. It currently only operates on 12v when plugged into shore power it doesn't power on at all. I have checked the fuse next ac power cord switch. I have looked on the inside and it doesn't look as if anything is a miss.

Could it be that the danfoss module has failed?

 

Only guesing as to the model of the compressor controler as there are 2 types. If its the one shown theres a fuse in the module for shore power. If it is blown its cheaper to buy a 12V 6A power pack to run it on mains power.

If you hadn't soldered it to the PCB it'd be pushing up the daisies!
Its electrostatic processes are now history! It's off the twig!
It's split the can, It's shuffled off this mortal coil, rung down the curtain and joined the bleeding parts bin invisible!

That is an ex-capacitor!

Yeah, it’s dead—split it’s can and spewed its vital fluids all over it self, then baked them on. Very nasty.
