Hi, I have a Wacom Cintiq 27QHD Tablet Display that is failing to turn on after a few weeks of being not used. The product spec sheet is here link: https://www.wacom.com/en-es/products/pen-displays/cintiq-27-qhd#Specifications
I have a feeling the AC adapter has gone bad-- I noticed a very faint burnt smell from the tip of the 4 pin connector. Cannot tell if that is due to a problem on the tablet's end or the adapter/cord. The LED on the power block still lights up though. I don't know if that is a reliable indicator that the adapter is still good, or if there is another way to test it. I have ordered a replacement AC adapter. Is there a way to test if the AC adapter has gone bad using a multimeter?
Thanks.
