it has a hashtag reference to the image file/name, which, you usually have as a name field for the image, opening another image and replacing the file name gave me the image

Since the link is to an image on the same html page at AAC there is no problem with the linking.

The fault is in the diode.sml at ibiblio.org not having 03300.png inserted. I have put the image in. you should be able to see it at http://www.ibiblio.org/kuphaldt/electricCircuits/Semi/SEMI_3.html#xtocid1418826
