1 Videoconferencing between Ship to Ship.
I.e. Deep sea collaboration.

2 Videoconferencing between Ship to Land i.e. Deep Sea to Land collaboration.

Technically, Both the above Video conferencing systems are feasible to implement with Satellite communications giving the Best Video, Audio reception at both ends ?

Easy, just lease a digital transponder slot on a commercial bird with the needed coverage area. Today it's just a matter on money.

The US military had shipboard SHF satellite Videoconferencing links in the late 70's. The quality was crap (slow-scan) but it worked.

It may also be possible to use an internet video conference system such as SKYPE or FACETIME, but there will need to be a solid internet link, probably by satellite, expensive indeed.
