No requirement from my memory. Also, your overlapping bar graph system would be easies to represent in MS Excel.

I have used MS Excel in the past, but no more. That diagram was produced with LibreOffice Draw. Started with 10 squares in a line with each square representing 10%, then colored in the given percentages.
