So i recently bought a velleman mk171.1 and everything works but the speaker keeps screaming and my voice doesnt come at all, how do i fix this?

 

Sounds like audio feedback. Turn down the gain on the amp, move the mic farther from the speaker. Use a more directional mic and keep it pointed away from the speaker.

Its far away from the mic and it doesnt pick up sound like my voice, its just screaming

 

Maybe you can record a short sound of the screaming and upload it.
