100% complete noob here, please be gentle
I want to make a speed adjustable roller that can roll pool cues from underneath. They already make manual rollers, which look like this:

So I am essentially looking to power one of the four ball bearing rollers (or replace one with some kind of wheel of the same diameter).
I would like it to be speed adjustable, and the RPM's will be pretty low (5-15 rpm ideally).
I would ideally like it to be powered by a USB power bank rather than a 12v source.
I would also like to be able to roll in both directions.
I'm looking to buy the components most likely on Aliexpress to keep things cheap. I'm going to need a motor of course, and probably a spee controller of some kind, and what else???
