Greetings RF gurus:

I am going to be developing some tuned antennas for ELF/VLF operation, hopefully using Varactor diodes for tuning. These applications require EXTREMELY good linearity. I have not been able to find, however, any IMD specs for any available varactors. I know they use them in some low IMD applications (which is actually amazing, since you are basically sticking a DIODE across an antenna, which is usually very non-linear). However, I've never been able to find a spec sheet on this....and before I dive too far into this, I'd like to verify the performance from "official" sources.
