I needed to purchase parts for an Onkyo Stereo and didn't have any luck with Digikey, Mouser, or Jemco.

Who would you purchase these from?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Edit: Actually it's utsource.net

I would buy them on ebay - there are plenty available. I buy most electronic parts there now and have had good service and very few problems.

utsource has them, only $2 us a piece. But, I have never dealt with this company before.

Edit: I also looked on eBay, no luck.

Getting them from eBay
Expect them to be fakes, especially if the seller claims them to be Toshiba.

With the sakens, those transistors are some of the most faked transistors out there, not much behind 1302 / 3281.

Luckily, they are licensed to Fairchild and on semi. That's the only sure way that I know of to get genuine ones.

The eBay ones are fakes? Doesn't eBay act as a purchasing agent and once you receive the part they pay them.
