Using the full screen in XY mode on the Siglent 1202X-E

I would like to experiment with the XY mode on the Siglent 1202X-E. Specifically I want to try and write text to the screen from a mcu.

I have been able to use my power supply to move the trace through the whole XY graph?

I was wondering if there was a way to use more of the screen in XY mode? The Siglent screen is is wider than it is high so I think I see the reason the XY graph is set to those constraints to get a square display with equivalent inputs. But does anyone know if there is a way to change this setting?
