Use superposition theorem to calculate Vx

In the circuit While taking only 2V voltage source, current will only flow current in 4ohm and 5 right? and 3V source will not have any effect on 4 ohm if i take only 3V source right?

That's correct. The current source isolates the left and right sides from each other.

By inspection, you should be able to determine the current in the 6 Ω resistor.
