Hi, My technical team has designed a USB hub, with other power functions and a audio amplifier. But some time all the USB ports are not working simultaneously. There are 4 USB ports. Pen drive also not detecting at all the ports. The design is such that two ports will be connected to headsets and at other two ports may be keyboard, mouse or pen drive. What could be the reason
