Thanl U bro, actually i dont know how to start . For example , I read the datasheet first and know some details about ads1251, but i still dont know how to simulate the chip in quartus, and how to write vhdl about ads1251. sincerely thank

 

Assuming you have sufficient time to accomplish the project you need to break it downs into smaller chunks and knock them off one at a time. What other choice do you have?
