I have been trying to find out the problem, why I can't light the arc from Plasma Cutter, so I decided to open cover and check for burned electronic parts. Unfortunately, I don't know how to find a problem if it is not visually burned. Everytime, you try to light, the indication shows, that it gives command to light, but nothing happening. What should I check to find and solve the issue?
The Plasma cutter that I want to fix is Unitor UPC-310ML

In my case, I think I have pilot arc method of cutting. When you press torch button,. there is must be spark on the tip of torch. And at that moment, air is passing to torch. Air supply is OK. I've measured voltage btw mass and torch and there is no voltage. Unfortunately, I don't have any proper drawing of electrical circuit. Manual, that I found with plasma cutter didn't have drawing.

 

Rather a problem without a schematic, it is important to detect what method they use in order to trace the problem, it may take some reverse engineering.
Does it have a form of spark gap? This is the method used by the large manuf. together with a HV oscillator & coil
