Hi guy actually I have made a circuit of uln2004A 16 pin IC circuit which is connected to the 12volts DC power but when I tried it on breadboard it's not working

How do you know it is not working?
What is the circuit suppose to do? Show us your circuit.

When discussing circuits, you should post a schematic.

 

When I connected them as my schematic on the breadboard so I didn't work or I can say didn't Light the led

 

We cannot tell heads or tails from your schematic.
Where is the ULN2004?
Where is the LED?
Why should the LED light if there is one?

Where are the LEDs? What are CO2, CO3, CO4 and CO5.

If you use connection dots, you don't need to draw humps to show crossings.

Co3 and co4 are for led connector and co5 is the input connectors while co2 is for power supply connector

Sorry my mistake I had not connected battery wires properly it working properly
