Hi every one,

I'm working on project ,diesel injector tester (selenoid and piezo),for the arduino software part is almost complete,need help for for the hardware part.
The question is ,could uln2003 drive n channel mosfet like IRFP640 ,trying build H bridge with 52v up to 110v.

Those are just open-collector Darlington drivers, and are not particularly suitable for driving a MOSFET H-bridge.
For that you should probably use two half-bridge MOSFET driver circuits.
They have a bootstrap booster circuit to properly drive the high-side N-MOSFET's gate
