Hello,
I'm looking for UHF RFID reader chips (like the AMS AS3993), to design my own reader (can't use a module, to big).
So far I have found the following manufactures AMS(STM) and Impinj.
There are lots of HF RFID solutions available but I have trouble finding UHF (860-940 MHz) reader chips.
Can anyone help me with suggestions on UHF RFID reader chip manufactures? For the specific standard see subject.
