Type of IC needed for bluetooth connection

Hi, I am facing problems in creating a wireless bluetooth headset. I don't know what type of IC I should use, and also the hex file required to operate the IC properly. I hope I can also know the voltage required to operate the IC.

It's plenty of IC Bluetooth transceivers out there on the market.
It's just a matter of searching through the websites of the most known IC manufacturers.
