Why can't I find the legendary Terms of Service? Shouldn't they be in Quick Links?

Nevermind. I found them.
Still, I think they should also be in Quick Links.

 

Near as I can tell, there is a link, sometimes more than one, on every page shown at AAC.

Yup, it's down at the bottom of every page:

 

I think the TOS should be on top of eache page, instead of the bottom. I never scroll down to the end of a page. Just to the last post, and with quick reply and all that, the line with the TOS do not show.

 

Yes, for such an everyday item, it should be more visible.
