Hi All,

Trying to find a source for some TMP1919-60 RF FETS. I have a request in at Mouser and found one one Ebay (probably fake). Maybe there is a functional equivalent?

I know these are almost obsolete so just looking for any ideas anyone out there has.

I suggest checking "Diigikey" because they are honest and they know what they are doing. Not cheapest, but you do get what you paid for.

 

If Octopart doesn't know about it, no first-line distributors have that part. Octopart knows the stock at most suppliers.
