There is a job to design, program and prototype a board that has a power supply, Wi-Fi, USB and other as of yet unspecified functions. The poster wants a working prototype in 4 weeks, and he's paying $250 maximum. Is he effing crazy? If it's possible to get custom electronics for that amount, then why would anyone ever buy any commercial product. Just get someone to develop whatever you want for next to nothing.

Received a verbal for a new contract today, which pays real money. I'll continue to work on my proposal skills for the next period of unemployment.
