Thank you,
Audioguru again : Maybe it has a color-changing LED, i will try to describe the wires inside it hoping it will not blows up.
BobTPH : Nothing really, I guess i should change the button cells.
And normally it will be inside this steel spheric cover attached in the photo, from the small hole I can see a plastic tube (Looks plasitc) about one inch length and tow millimeter diameter.

A Christmas tree ornament probably would play bells sounds not speech, but it might play some singing (Hark the herald angels sing, tra la la la la etc).
Maybe, Just I think it's not about Sound or Lighting functions , i guess it's about Smelling issue, and ofcourse that's depend what can 4.5 volts do ? it's possible to produce thermal energy using coin batteries ?

A tiny LR44 battery produces low maximum power for a short time.
Ok, In that short time, lets say 0.5 second, if this low maximum power can be enough to provide an electric spark for some fluid to start chemical reaction, so it's probably smilling issue circuit, and i think about that because of the small hole in the sphere, maybe it's for the fluid input.
