Hi.
Does anyone know if these transmit on WiFi direct to your smart cell phone or need a router ? Or there is both kinds or selectable dual link ?
How to read specs to choose the ones that link direct WiFi to a phone ?

 

My understanding: usually you pay (or get a free) service which relays the video to your smart device.

This lets the Ukrainians look in on you and your family. Just keeping you safe.
