i'm into an advanced course of engineering but i always what is the reason for the Phase Shift of 180 in a CE transistor Configuration pls help me with it!

Because the transistor is a current device, that is a small base current controls a large collector current, and Ohm's law tells us that as the collector current increases the voltage drop across the load resistor increases. The cain of reasoning is as follows
Increase in input voltage => Increase in Base Current
Increase in Base Current => Increase in Collector Current
Increase in Collector Current => Decrease in Collector Voltage
Decrease in Collector Voltage => Increase in Voltage Drop Across Load Resistor
