Thevenin and Nortons equivalent circuits

Hi there

I have had real difficulty understanding thevenin's and norton's equivalent circuits, i have no calculations to help me or circuits that are like the ones i have. So i was hopeing that someone may have some easy method of doing/working out thevenin and norton's equivalent theorems
