THEVENIN AND NORTON CIRCUIT DEPENDENT SOURCES ONLY

Hello everyone, a long time ago I found this circuit in a book of electrical circuits, which aroused my curiosity since I had never seen a circuit that had only dependent sources, if you help me to solve this by the method that can be done, I already know Norton and thevenin , I thank you very much.

It would be implied that some external source would be applied to a and b along with some kind of circuit most likely where the circuit contains some kind of source to power everything.
See if you can come up with something now.
I guess this isnt really homework then.
For testing or for calculation you can apply a source to a and b.
