I want to build a wireless thermometer that will display both dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature.Can somebody help me with the circuit diagram?

How far have you gotten so far on the circuit design?

Ditto. Far faster and cheaper to just buy one.

Getting an accurate wet bulb is a science in itself and I wouldn't trust any DIY solution without rigorous calibration.

What type of wireless, what range, are you referring to?
