Can anyone help me with a query?

I have a cooling system with various t/c installed.

I'd like to integrate some form of differential temperature sensor and also improve the accuracy at various points. I have heard about a back to back method for this.?

Any help will appreciated.

You choose a sensor based on several factors. Environment as in where will the sensor be placed, the medium you wish to measure such as air, water or other medium. The uncertainty you can accept such as +/- Degrees C or F and the control system the sensor will drive. Without all the details it is difficult to say what the best choice would be, includiong temperature range to be measured?
