A member already posted a reference to that video around 1/20. Plus, a link to the Lumafield battery report because the link in the video didn't work (for me).
That always surprises me about a lot of those kinds of videos. The author likes to talk more than present facts or anything else that could be really useful.
I also run into a lot of paper articles that go on and on about background information, and the key point is one sentence long. I have to read though a bunch of opinion to get to the facts.
I just ran into one the other day about Tai Chi. They went on and on about this and that and the benefits and this and that more, and never said anything about how you perform any of it, and it turned out it was on the same page as an advertisement to join a Tai Chi club.
