Hello:
I am new to this forum. But i have a question that's been on my mind for some time.
I have run accross various transistors which are numbered with the Prefix "MES"
Examples: MES 18-4 and MES 348 etc.
I have tried searching the internet and in books for any reference to this but have come up empty.
It looks like it may have been a replacement line that was discontinued.
Anyone out there have any idea where I might look for data on these devices?

It could be a MESFET. It is a contraction of "Metal Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor"
