ASIDE: The mod staff tries to discuss questionable content before taking action because we try to not to be too heavy handed. This is not an instantaneous process that happens immediately upon someone making a report. We are part-time volunteers scattered all around the globe that have lives outside of AAC (you know... work, family, sleep) so it can easily take a couple of days just to get enough communication back and forth to declare a consensus.
To report something and then adopt the attitude that since it wasn't acted upon on the time scale that you think it should have been gives you carte blanche to deliberately post things that you know are blatant violations of the ToS/UA is not a good way to indicate that you want to retain your posting privileges on these forums. Leave it be -- or re-Report it.
