You'd be surprised at how many people love American football (that's how we call it) down here. I have a few friends that are true fanatics, and save all year long to be able to travel and watch "their team" play at their home stadium once a year.
My brother in law in particular, is a Steelers fan. And one of my best friends is a Cheesehead, for instance.
In fact, once a year the NFL plays an exhibition game down here and the stadium gets filled to the brim

The cat is simultaneously wet and dry, but you can’t know unless you pet him.
