Same kind of approach to automation and alarms that some of our area operations personnel were prone to. The best way to prevent alarm disabling was to put them on the same circuit breaker as the control room's microwave oven! Never did find a good method of preventing alarm horns from being stuffed with paper though...

We had old school steam boilers on our Gator Freighter. I love the smell of DFM in the morning.
