Does anybody know if any of these Radio Bands Bounce off the D Layer of the Ionosphere in the Daytime?

CB/VHF/VLF/LF/MF/AM/Shortwave/VHF/FM/UHF/SHF.

So let me guess.

In the Day Vthe V.L.F Band will bounce off the D Layer and not go through it.

Now in the Day the H.F Band will go through the D Layer.

Do I have all of this Right?

For day to day long range HF we normally used signals that would refracts off the F layers. While one or two frequencies were solid we would setup the next set of signals (using charts created from ionospheric sounders and solar conditions) for when sky conditions changed to have HF coverage 24/7.
